barrientos has teamed up with Legacy
Partners to create a new mixed use building with 193 residential units
immersed in the Yougstown neighborhood of West Seattle. Youngstown was
the historic name for the area just south of the West Seattle bridge
and Harbor Island (west of North Delridge).
The project is being designed with a strong focus on the experience of the resident. Features will include expansive, light filled residences, views of downtown and Elliott Bay, private media room, excercise room, an engaging local art collection, plenty of bike storage, private patios on
the second floor and an expansive roof top deck and Skylounge. The building will also include 11 street level live-work
spaces.
Construction started in October 2011 with
completion expected
for Spring of 2013.
