Building Youngstown Flats Location 4040 26th Ave Completion Completed April 2013 Size 193 apartments barrientos worked with with Legacy Partners to develop and create a new mixed use building with 193 residential units nestled in the Yougstown neighborhood of West Seattle. Youngstown was the historic name for the area just south of the West Seattle bridge and Harbor Island. Maria was instrumental in redesigning the project with a strong focus on the experience of the resident. Features include expansive, light filled residences, views of downtown and Elliott Bay, private media room, excercise room, larger than average bike storage, large private patios and decks and an expansive roof top deck and Skylounge. Youngstown FLats is across the street from the Longfellow Creek Trail, where hiking and dog walking beckon.  Art at Youngstown Flats Sara Everett from barrientos is an artist and has been working with Youngstown Flats to develop and curate a very ambitious art program for the building. There are currently 15 artists selected for the project. The pieces will be located in the lobbies, residential corridors and the Sky Lounge.
