This magnificent theater was lovingly restored to its current grandeur in 1995 and 1996. Ida Cole purchased the building in 1993 with the express purpose of restoring the historic finishes in the public areas of the building, while modernizing the theatre¹s production and backstage areas. The stage and fly tower were expanded, new dressing rooms were added and completely new, state-of-the-art rigging, sound & lighting systems were installed.

Maria Barrientos served as the Project Manager while she was a partner at Lorig Associates. Maria coordinated the design, renovation and construction of this stunning theatre. She was also responsible for negotiating the leases & contracts, managing the tax credits, obtaining financing, and controlling the overall development budget.
