Located at the corner of Pine Street and 12th Avenue East, the Packard building,
long time home for the Foley Sign Company, will be renovated and converted to high quality,
contemporary market rate housing in the Pike/Pine neighborhood.
The apartments will be a mix of light-filled lofts, studios and one-bedroom units with 10 to 16 foot
ceilings as part of the original building, and an additional 3 new floors.
Neighborhood oriented retail will activate the streetscape.
Construction is anticipated to start early Summer 2008.
