The Overlake Golf and Country Club needed to replace an aging existing facility with a new clubhouse. Maria Barrientos was hired to serve as the owner's representative. She assisted with the management of the architect, contractor, and the interior design team. She also kept the project on budget during the construction process.

Maria brought a wealth of experience to this project, having developed over a dozen golf-course clubhouses during her lengthy career in real estate development. The renovation at Overlake included expanded locker rooms for both men & women, an expanded kitchen, two separate dining rooms, a catering kitchen for special events, private dining rooms, and a large state-of-the art golf-cart storage and staging area.
