barrientos was hired to assist the 5th Avenue Theatre to develop a master plan for future renovations to this wonderful, historic theatre space. There are seismic upgrades required in the building, along with expansion plans for the lobby, concessions, dressing rooms, stage and backstage areas. In addition to this it is time for replacement of the carpet and seats and major upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems in the theatre.
