barrientos developed plans and specifications for this private student housing project located on Seattle University property. The building will house approximately 245 students surrounding a rain garden courtyard. The building is anchored at the ground level by neighborhood retail spaces on 12th and Cherry.

Construction is expected to start in Fall 2008 with completion expected for fall semester 2010.
