Ms. Barrientos has more than thirty years of experience in real estate development, project management, construction management and contract administration. She has successfully managed the development and construction of more than $600 million worth of projects over the past twenty years. Ms. Barrientos’ strong inter-personal communication skills, leadership abilities and problem-solving capabilities enable her to successfully analyze challenging problems and discover creative solutions which satisfy all members of a development team. Ms. Barrientos also spends considerable time as a volunteer on numerous community-based organizations. She is the Founder, Managing Member and Principal of LLC.

Full project management services for the development of an 8-acre open space dedicated to the exhibition of sculpture, located near Seattle’s waterfront.
Services provided include running an international architecture selection process, extensive environmental clean-up, and complex construction process.

§      St. Mark’s Episcopal Cathedral

§      Marion Oliver McCaw Hall

Seattle, WA

Full project management services for renovation of Seattle’s performing arts center for both the Seattle Opera and the Pacific Northwest Ballet. Work included renovation of
nearby Mercer Arena to be interim location of opera, ballet and other functions, while the McCaw Hall was being constructed.
