qualifications

Ms. Bachman has more than twenty years of experience in finance and marketing, most recently concentrated in the real estate development field. Following an extensive career in commercial and construction lending with several different commercial banks, Ms. Bachman expanded into project management for specific developments. Most recently she managed a condominium conversion project, handling all aspects from supervision of renovation, to marketing, to the restructuring of the debt and equity for the project.
